Micro polyester has a smooth surface that suits sublimation, so colours come out bright and clean on the white version. The photograph shows the shirts in stock, including other colours, so ask us what is currently available. It is a dependable item to keep on hand for print-to-order jobs.

Because the design is dyed into the fabric, it stays soft to the touch and the garment stays light, which suits active wear and long days outdoors.

Printing it

Sublimation gives its best results on white or light polyester, because the dye goes into the fibre and does not sit on top of it. Print your design as a mirror image, press it with a flat heat press and test on a spare piece first.
