Sublimation White Mug

About this mug

When a job runs into thousands of pieces, the cost per mug matters most. This option is meant for those orders: a simple white gifting mug that keeps the focus on the print. It suits distributors and large print units that buy in full lots.

Sublimation bonds the design with the coating on the mug instead of leaving it on the surface, so photos and logos look smooth and full of colour. A mug is also used every day, which keeps a memory or a brand in view.

Good for

• Distributors
• Large corporate campaigns
• Bulk festive production

Printing it

Print the design as a mirror image on sublimation paper, wrap it around the mug, secure it with heat-resistant tape and press it in a mug heat press. Let the mug cool before handling it. Run a test piece first, since the right time and temperature depend on your machine, paper and ink.
